It was an epoch making event as business men and women within the country gathered together at the prestigious Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja for the launch of the Nigerian Mexican Chambers of Commerce.
The event which took place on Thursday 11th December 2014 was aimed at bolstering and enhancing the business opportunities that exist in both Mexico and Nigeria. It also seeks to boast the bilateral relationship in trade and investment between the both countries.
The idea behind the Nigerian Mexican Chamber of Commerce, which was conceived by an enviable gentleman and the President of the Chamber, Mr. Bayo Adeyemo, is seen as the converging point for all the business activities that take place between Nigeria and Mexico.
The highpoint of the event was the official launching of the chamber of commerce by Mr. Olusegun Awolowo the representative of the Minister of Trade and Investment, The Ambassador of Mexico in Nigeria His Excellency, Mr. Marco Anthonio Garcia Blanco and the President of the Chamber, Mr. Bayo Adeyemo.
The Launch also witnessed the signing of MOU for the chambers between the President of the Chamber and the Ambassador of Mexico in Nigeria.
